Our community is pet friendly, which means new residents are welcome to bring their four-legged friend when moving in. Games are hosted in the Billiards Room, while an afternoon of pampering is possible at the on-site spa or beauty/barber salon.

There are several apartment floor plans to choose from at Settler's Park. We offer studios with a private, semiprivate or kitchen option, and a one-bedroom layout has a kitchenette. Other apartment features include in-suite climate control and an emergency call system. For convenience, the monthly rent includes utilities.

Available Services

Housekeeping and driving around town are responsibilities of the past, since our staff handle those household chores. We also take care of the cooking, serving our residents delicious meals prepared from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Meals are served restaurant-style in the community dining room, and there is a private dining room for gatherings of family and friends.

All residents receive an individual service plan upon joining our community to ensure our professional staff deliver the proper level of care. Along with the assisted living services provided to all residents, our memory care residents receive daily up and about checks. They also have access to secured exterior courtyards with landscaping that engages the senses.
