Monthly rent covers all utilities, save telephone, and includes cable television. All accommodations receive weekly housekeeping services, and scheduled transportation is available for residents to run errands, go shopping and reach medical appointments.

When a helping hand is required, caregivers are available around the clock to provide assistance as needed. These services can include help with personal hygiene, medication management, ambulation, dressing and other activities of daily living. Memory care residents of our community reside in The Atrium, a dedicated section of The Park. Here, seniors facing the daily challenge of Alzheimer's and other dementias receive specialized services and care.
