Apartments are available in both studio and one-bedroom floor plans, featuring private baths, kitchenettes, spacious closets and plenty of natural light. Our outdoor deck and patio areas provide multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors, while our activities lounge offers plenty to do inside.

Residents can enjoy a classic film or catch up on the local news in the TV room before heading over to our community dining room for a delicious meal. Healthy and nutritious meals are served three times a day, and a private dining room is available for special events. Residents' mail is delivered daily to individual, private mailboxes.

Available Services

Living at Southern Hills means you can leave the hassle of daily chores behind–weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided for all residences, and scheduled transportation is available for personal errands and medical appointments. Staff members are available twenty-four hours a day, and all care services are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.

Those who need additional support due to memory impairment such as Alzheimer's or other dementias will thrive in our Expressions memory care communities. Our program involves a combination of planned and spontaneous activities that nurture the body, heart, mind and soul.
