Living out a mission Continuing the mission of the Sisters of Charity to provide compassionate care to all whom they serve, the staff of the Elizabeth Seton Care Center offers a beautiful and protective environment for its residents. They live in close proximity to the sisters residing at Caritas Christi Motherhouse, and have access to the spacious grounds, the chapel, and the companionship of the sisters. The staff receives special training in living out the founding spirit of the Sisters of Charity as modeled by Saints Vincent de Paul, Louise de Marillac and Elizabeth Seton, in the Gospel-based tradition of the Roman Catholic Church.
