A heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, woodworking shop and creative arts studio are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy at our community. We believe that just because you live in an apartment, doesn't mean you shouldn't give up the benefits of a backyard, which is why there are gardening spaces and a dog park for our residents.

Our community features spacious apartment homes or villas. The apartment homes are available in one- or two-bedroom floor plans that include either a den, balcony or patio. A patio and an attached one-car garage are included with the two-bedroom villas. Forget about yard work, maintenance or housekeeping, as our staff takes care of those chores for you.

Available Services

We offer a flexible dining plan for those nights that you don't want to cook a meal at home. For a date night, you can enjoy fine dining at The Brandywine, and at The Tavern, casual and relaxed is the dress code. There's also a coffee bar for early-morning risers, and during gorgeous summer weather, you can enjoy dining outside at our poolside lounge.

Included with your monthly fee are concierge services, local transportation and many arranged social activities. Our community features a Well by Design^SM program to keep you active and healthy, and we offer a full-time Health Services Navigator who can help you attain your wellness goals.
