Upon visiting Marquis Garden Place, you will first notice the well-landscaped exterior and warm, inviting courtyard, where residents may be found relaxing on a sunny day. Within our beautiful dining room, residents enjoy three dailiy meals from a dietitian-supervised menu. Our well-decorated lounges and common areas provide a homelike space for residents to socialize.

Each apartment comes standard with features such as wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings and individual climate control. Residents can feel confident and secure with emergency response systems available in every apartment with caring staff available around the clock. Chores and responsibilities such as housekeeping and laundry are handled by courteous staff, and room service is available for those who would prefer to take a meal in their apartment home.

At Marquis Garden Place, we begin with a thorough health and wellness assessment that helps us become deeply familiar with each resident. Residents are paired with dedicated Resident Care Partners, who learn their preferences and know their needs. In each community, a full-time registered nurse oversees care and is on call around the clock.
