Amistad House is a 60-unit HUD 202 community for seniors and disabled adults in the City of Berkeley.  Originally opened in 1980, the property underwent rehabilitation in 2011.  Providing a permanent affordable home to over seventy residents, Amistad House consists of 58 one-bedroom apartments, 1 studio, and 1 non-income manager's unit.  With a HUD rental subsidy attached to all of the units, Amistad provides great affordability with tenants required to pay only thirty percent of their adjusted monthly income. Amistad House is located on an active area of Shattuck Avenue, within walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, and a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and public transit.

Northgate Terrace was purchased from the Graphic Communications Union in 2015, and CPP has transformed it into a stunning landmark in the City of Oakland. St. Andrew's Manor is a six-story, 60-unit development for seniors 62 and older in the City of Oakland. The project has been owned and operated by SAHA since 1972.  The property's rehabilitation will include unit rehabs, accessibility upgrades, a new second elevator and upgrades to the existing elevator.  The property will also incorporate many new eco-friendly features into the building design. This rehabilitation ensures low-income elderly residents a more comfortable home while preserving the depth of affordability that St. Andrew's provides its residents.
