As the only continuing care retirement community in the city, The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens has provided choice, convenience, style and value to Fresno seniors for more than 50 years. We are currently in the process of a multi-year effort to revitalize senior living in Fresno by renovating our community from top to bottom, showcasing brand-new apartments and community features.

The Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens is managed by American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW), a nonprofit public benefit corporation based in California that has served seniors and their families since 1949.

We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community that was established in 1942 and we offer you Patio Homes for Independent Living, and Assisted Living. We also have a 120 bed skilled nursing center that includes physical and occupational therapy.

Bethel Lutheran Home is located west of Dinuba in Selma, California, just minutes from California Route 99 and the Adventist Health Selma Lab Emergency Services. Visitors and residents say the property feels like home and enjoy the relaxed, warm atmosphere. Staff members earn praise for providing proper attention to residents' needs while encouraging seniors to be as independent as physically possible. The dining area offers three meals a day in a restaurant-style setting, and amenities include a beauty salon, garden and barbecue area. Community members are encouraged to participate in activities, including exercise programs, live entertainment and games.

Hy-Pana House Care Center offers the highest levels of medically complex skilled nursing care.
