Shalom Cares is a not-for-profit continuum-of-care community that offers personalized healthcare services primarily, though not exclusively, for seniors. Our a-la-carte services allow for individualized care plans - no need to pay for anything you don&#39;t want or need. From senior patio and apartment home rentals, to assisted living and nursing care, to home health and hospice care, we&#39;ve left no stone unturned. You&#39;ll love our new senior Wellness Center, complete with a warm water pool, fitness gym, rehabilitation gym, salon and bistro. We have several dining options, daily activities, special events for residents and their families, religious services, flowering gardens, walking paths, care coordinators, and much more. There&#39;s no shortfall of choices - and we welcome pets, too!

Kindred Healthcare understands that when people are discharged from a traditional hospital, they often need continued care in order to recover completely. To meet this need we offer services including aggressive, medically complex care, intensive care and short-term rehabilitation. Doctors, case managers, social workers and family members don't stop caring simply because their loved one or patient has changed location. Neither do we.

Summit Rehabilitation and Care Community serves as one of Aurora's finest post-acute rehabilitation programs with 16 transitional care suites. Summit also specializes in caring for those with Alzheimer's Disease and dementia as well as those needing long-term skilled nursing services. Our Therapeutic Arts Program, Music Therapy and Horticulture Program will aid you in your wellness journey.
