<p>Inside, our community consists of furnished rooms where our residents of different levels of cognitive impairment can live safely in their beautifully decorated neighborhood. Of course weekly housekeeping, and laundry are included along with bed linens and towels. We urge you to bring your favorite pictures, photos, comforters and such to complete the home-like environment that we provide.</p>

<p>Resident's enjoy 3-chef prepared meals a day, plus snacks, in each of our neighborhood's dining room. With only 15 residents per neighborhood, the dining room is an intimate and relaxing setting. Food is prepared by our chef and hosted by pleasant staff for an enjoyable dining experience. Food allergies and preferences are taken into careful consideration.</p>

<p>Meadow Mills is the perfect place for anyone experience any level of memory loss to age in place. Our neighborhood settings provide the correct atmosphere for most levels of cognitive impairment, our well-trained nursing staff delivers services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. The nursing staff assists with activities of daily living such as medications administration, bathing/showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene, clothing selection, transferring, toileting, dining and more.</p>

<p>Located in scenic New Haven County, Artis Senior Living of Branford is a senior residential care facility specializing in memory care. This facility is situated on three acres near Long Island Sound in the town of Branford, a charming shoreline city with more than 30 locations on the National Register of Historic Places. </p>
<p>This facility was specially designed for residents with memory care issues and it emphasizes compassionate individualized care. The community is divided into four neighborhoods, each with its own kitchen, dining rooms, family rooms and entryways to outdoor walking paths and gardens. The neighborhoods surround a Town Center, which provides a social gathering place and activity area. A licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day to assist with medical issues. Cleary, Jr. The 94-bed healthcare facility is located at 1132 Meriden Road in Waterbury, CT. Meridian Manor is conveniently located minutes from 1-84 and is directly on the local bus line. Meridian Manor accepts Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.<br/>Meridian Manor has a brand new 2,400 square
foot state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient
rehabilitation gym located conveniently on the east side
of the building. There is a new handicap accessible
parking area that leads to a separate entrance and
provides convenient access for outpatient rehab and
families.
 The entrance to the rehabilitation gym allows
for outpatients to easily enter and exit the building for
follow-up rehab. This is important for their continuing
aftercare with a familiar therapist who treated them
during their stay at Meridian Manor. This convenient
access to therapy is especially important, enabling
us to continue to support our patients for a positive
experience as they transition home.
 The new facility has a completely functional
occupational therapy (OT) suite which includes a
mock apartment with activities of daily living such
as a kitchen, bathroom, bed and laundry.
