<p>SummerWood of Chanhassen is strategically located between Lake Susan, Lake Susan Park and Rice Marsh Lake Park. Several other lakes are within the vicinity, making Chanhassen an ideal location for seniors who would love to spend their golden years fishing, boating or relaxing by a lake's shores. The senior living community offers assisted living, independent living and memory care. Residents who have difficulties accomplishing daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming and medication management receive the support of 24-hour caregivers. Westwood Place is an assisted living residence licensed by the State of Minnesota, and approved by Carver County for MA, Elderly Waiver, Alt. <p>Hidden Creek Assisted Living is a family-owned and operated community with three generations of family members employed at our home. We are there every day, serving in a variety of roles, to ensure our senior residents are enjoying the quality of life they want and deserve.</p>

<p>To keep our residents active mentally, spiritually, socially and physically, we schedule a wide variety of community events and activities each month. Residents can have fun with arts and crafts, scrapbooking, cards and Bingo. They can enjoy special on-site services such as facials, hand massages or get their hair done.</p>

<p>Our professional caregiving staff have passed background checks and are on site 24 hours a day to attend to personal care needs such as bathing, grooming and medication management. A licensed nurse is also on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to urgent medical situations.</p>

<p>For added convenience, we are also able to coordinate on-site visits to Hidden Creek Assisted Living from local physicians who specialize in podiatry, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy.</p>

Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day, and friendly staff members are available on site. Short-term leases are available with flexible terms for seniors who need 3, 6, 9 or 12-month leases, including month-to-month options. For health care services, Two Twelve Medical Center is a six-minute drive away.</p>
<p>Amenities provided within the spacious townhomes at Lake Hazeltine Woods include fireplaces, in-unit laundry facilities, balconies, patios and attached garages. Dogs and cats are permitted.
