Our Assisted Living location is located downtown Buffalo. We offer full assisted living with nursing onsite. Pets are allowed and smoking is also allowed on our front patio. The rooms are studio apartments without a kitchen because we have a full-service dining room for our residents to enjoy their 3 meals a day. We have an activity calendar that is packed full of activities for our residents, including shopping outings and local restaurant outings. We have a resident service coordinator who assists our residents with their equipment needs such as hearing aids, glasses, foot care, walkers and wheelchairs. 


Our Memory Care location is located a couple of miles away from the assisted living building in a residential neighborhood. Our Memory Care buildings, also called The Cottages, has the ability for 48 residents total. Each building has 4 corners and a main area in the middle for group activities. Each corner of the building has a full kitchen and living room along with 3 bedrooms in each corner. The rooms are shared rooms because we believe that socialization is an important part of staying mentally healthy. The building definitely has a warm home-like feel to calm the feeling of being away from home. There is a full activity schedule and activity coordinator at this location as well. Activities include music, country drives in our bus, and sometimes a trip to Perkins for pie. In the summer we have a secure outdoor area for our residents to enjoy.

Barrington Apartments is located in Buffalo, MN. Seniors can enjoy the convenience of a central location, with Hukko's Bowling Center and Fitness Evolution close by, as well as Buffalo Hills Park. Numerous shops and eateries are within easy driving distance, as is the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Barrington Apartments is an apartment complex aimed at seniors and disabled persons. The apartments are all on one level and are designed to be wheelchair accessible. Emergency pull-cords in any room give residents peace of mind that they can summon aid in an emergency. Maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day for emergency repairs, and a management office handles general requests.
Amenities at the apartment complex include car plug-ins, a social calendar including weekly coffee hours, a BBQ grilling area outside and on-site laundry facilities. The apartments have soft water, and there are trash chutes and recycling facilities provided in the complex. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance animals.

Hillside Terrace I &amp; II is based in Monticello, Minnesota. Close to the 4th Street Park, Riverside Church and Monticello Community Center, residents can enjoy living in an area that is a central hub for shopping, dining and activities. The Mississippi River is close by, and residents will find gun clubs, country clubs and more within easy driving distance.
Hillside Terrace I &amp; II is a multigenerational apartment complex with one-, two- and three-bedroom homes to choose from. Staff members are on hand 24 hours a day for emergency maintenance, and the on-site management office handles general requests and inquiries. 
Amenities at the complex include controlled building access, bicycle racks and off-street resident parking as well as car plug-ins. Laundry facilities are provided on-site, and high-speed internet is available. Assistance animals are permitted on the property.
