Since 2017, Spanish Trails has provided short- and long-term rehabilitation services with individualized care plans for post-operative senior residents. Located in Albuquerque, NM, it offers 134 beds in private or semi-private suites with controllable thermostats and 24-hours nursing care. 
The facility provides assisted living as well as nutritional and culinary services for residents needing physical rehabilitation, speech or occupational therapy. Registered nurses and other staff members work with a registered dietitian to fulfill the seniors' nutritional management. Spanish Trails also has an on-site pharmacy, as well as X-ray and VAC wound equipment.
