Numerous pharmacies can be found within five miles, and there are a number of health care centers nearby.</p><p>Fairfield Knolls South is a rental townhouse community for seniors aged 55 and older. Gated for safety, the community offers several two-bedroom/two-bath apartment styles to meet the needs of its residents. Each apartment is equipped with full kitchens and large, spacious rooms. Garages and basements are found in several apartments, and each apartment features emergency alarm systems as well as private entry doors for safety and security.</p><p>Residents of Fairfield Knolls South are treated to several amenities. A heated swimming pool and bocce and shuffleboard courts await active residents, as does the state-of-the-art recreation center.
