A resident care manager is on-site to help monitor vital signs and distribute medication when needed. Single occupancy rooms with private bathrooms are available, and a registered nurse is on-site to continually monitor vital signs and changes in medical condition.</p>
<p>Three healthy meals are provided each day, and activities are coordinated by the staff to help keep all residents physically and socially active. The property has a front and back patio for residents to gather and spend time with family and friends. A large living room can be used to relax and enjoy television, and residents can enjoy walking through quiet streets in a quaint neighborhood.</p>

Providence House

<p>Located inside a handsome white villa with a high-peaked gabled roof, Raleigh Hills Senior Care is positioned close to the Portland Golf Club, about halfway between Portland and Beaverton, Oregon. Portland is a fast-growing city of over 600,000 people, 12% of whom are seniors aged 65 and over, with art walks and heavily wooded nature trails that are inviting diversions for active seniors.</p>
<p>Raleigh Hills Senior Care provides independent and assisted senior living in private rooms, each with its own bathroom attached. Staff at the facility are available 24 hours a day and can monitor residents' blood sugar for dosing with pills. A nurse is on call at Raleigh Hills if residents need medical assistance.</p>
<p>Seniors at Raleigh Hills Senior Care can count on staff assistance with the activities of daily living, including one-person lift assistance and daily check-ins for wellbeing and medication reminders. Staff prepare three meals a day for residents, snacks are available all day and meals can be taken together in the dining room or alone in a resident's room. Utilities are included in the monthly payment, except for cable TV and telephone, and transportation to and from medical appointments is provided at no cost.</p>
