Defiance Park in Tacoma's historic North End.  As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Franke Tobey Jones offers multiple Independent residences for active retirees, with the peace of mind of lovely Assisted Living, 24-hour Health Care and Memory Care facilities steps away. The 6,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center, Bistro CafÃ©, Beauty Shops, engaging activity calendar, putting green and Senior University round out the picture of gracious and energetic retirement living. Pioneer Place Alzheimer Residence of Tacoma is located in Tacoma, Washington, known locally as the "City of Destiny." The facility provides room service for meals, and guests can join residents at mealtime, giving residents an opportunity for socializing. Residents can enjoy more social interaction in the garden and patio. Laundry service for clothing is another amenity at Pioneer Place, and a nurse is on-site 24 hours a day. Family members of residents note that residents have many activities such as bingo and singing, making Pioneer Place a home for their loved ones.
