It is located off Main Street near the Onalaska Care Center and certified by the State of Wisconsin. It features two meals provided daily, laundry and housekeeping services, beauty shop, a pendant call system, secure entry, outdoor patio, with utilities and cable TV included. There are on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking and a garage option. The on-going health monitoring by licensed nurses can be supplemented with other supportive, personal and nursing services at a fee for service.</p>
