Designed to meet the needs of active adults age 55 and older, Sherrill Hills is a luxury retirement community providing senior living accommodations and amenities to retirees in the greater Knoxville area. Centrally located close to shopping centers, hospitals, Dead Horse Lake Golf Course and less than 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville, our community offers some of the best retirement living in Tennessee.

Our beautifully designed apartment homes come in a selection of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans to suit a variety of lifestyles. Residences feature well-equipped modern kitchens, plush carpeting, window dressings, washer/dryer hook-ups and an emergency response system.
When not relaxing in your pet-friendly new home, you can take in a movie or live performance in our 150-seat theater, work up a sweat with your personal trainer in our fitness center or conduct personal business at our on-site bank. Sherrill Hills is too high money-wise. It is a very nice place, but it is out of our category. The rooms are very nice. They have all the amenities that we need; they have everything that you need there. As far as being nice, clean and all the amenities, I would give them a 5.
