Plum Creek Place offers a choice of both studio and one-bedroom apartments. All of our homes come with kitchenettes, walk-in showers, and cable TV and phone connections. Residents rest at ease knowing there are emergency call systems in the bathroom and bedroom with 24-hour monitoring by our staff.

Seniors can be found relaxing in our beautiful courtyard or socializing in the community lounge. We also have a computer room to catch up with any business or social needs and an activity room for games, crafts and good times.

Available Services

We believe that each individual is just that--an individual--with unique needs and desires. We strive to make every resident's stay with us as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our on-site staff includes a 24-hour nurse and a dietitian who creates all of the menus, which are served restaurant-style in our community dining room.

Some of the services we offer include housekeeping and transportation to and from appointments. Utilities are also included so there is that much less to worry about. Throughout the week, we have plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to make new friends and become part of the family.
