It's been a month and a half since I have moved into The Clairmont. It's a very nice place. The hitch is all this COVID quarantine thing that we're all in. Nobody is allowed to do anything. Austin is completely on lockdown, so we are as well. I like my studio very much, it is lovely, and it's a good size. The grounds here are very nice, and the food is good. I am very pleased with it, but the biggest reason we chose this place is because it's the closest place to my daughter. The staff is very friendly here. There's no activity at the moment, but it's got nothing to do with The Clairmont. They normally have those, but we've been under quarantine since I got here. They have a beauty shop here where I had my haircut, and they did a good job. They have an exercise room with lovely equipment. The grounds are very nice. I have two little dogs and I have walked the grounds with them quite a bit. They're very friendly to animals here. They also let me paint my studio, so I had it with the color I wanted and I thought that was very nice. I'm very bad with names, but the staff here seems to know all of the residents. The residents also seem to know all of the staff. It's a very friendly community. The food is a little bland, but then it's for seniors, so I just add spices to it. It's well-cooked though, and it has a good variety.

I am resident of The Clairmont. I feel at home here. It's a very friendly place, and you get all your meals served. Your room is cleaned once a week. They have a lot of activities. I do not do too much of the activities; I am not well enough. But they have a lot of activities, they have a bus, and they go places. They have been doing bridge and all sorts of things, musicals, and they're bringing people in and everything. It's very nice. I like it. The room I have now is a studio. I was in an apartment, but I've got a studio now and I like it very much. My courtyard is beautiful. We have a patio and there is a beautiful courtyard with flowers. It is so cool. They have a beauty salon. There are plenty of activities, but it is independent living, and the food is very good. You get three meals a day. It comes with the lease, you know, the food. The place is very clean, and if somebody moves, they redo the rooms completely; new flooring, cabinets, and everything.

I'm staying at The Clairmont, and it's very nice. They have different activities on different days. The food's very good. I have used their library. It's a pretty good place to stay.

The Clairmont is a nice and well-maintained facility. It's all on a single story, so it doesn't require stairs and steps. The game rooms and the library spaces are very nice. The dining area is very central to all the rooms and very nice. The food is very good. The pricing is reasonable. It's a much older facility and because it's all one story, there's a possibility that you can go a long way in walking and getting back. It was obvious that it was built years ago.

I visited The Clairmont. It was nice, pleasant, sunny, and well-decorated. The staff that I met was nice. They also have a nice array of activities, like movies, Wii bowling, and they go on day trips from time to time. They really provide you with a lot of things to do. They have no pool, but there's a library and activity room, a small exercise room, a theater, and a pool table.

The service and staff in The Clairmont are fair. There has been a couple of times where the maid would knock on the door to come in and clean the room, and I answer, Wait a minute, but they come in the door without my permission, and I havent dressed yet. The food is pretty good. They only have one kind of food served that day, so youre not really given a choice. There are times when I dont like the food served, then I ask for a burger but they dont give it to me. The room we have is a pretty good size and very clean.

The Clairmont was small, super old, and was only one-story. We didn't care for the place. They were remodeling, but the place was dirty. The halls were filthy and the rugs just looked dirty and nasty. The staff member who gave us the tour was super friendly, nice, and we loved her. There is a library and a dining room. They have really good furniture in the dining room to sit on. However, their housing units were all outside and far way.

The Clairmont is nice. I like that it is all one level, so there aren't any elevators or stairs. The person who assisted me was very nice. The residents were eating lunch, and the food looked good. Everybody seemed pleased. However, there weren't many activities and the laundry facility was in the hallway, so there weren't washers and dryers in the rooms. The room was nice, but the kitchen was too small. Nevertheless, it was the most economical place.

I have a friend who lives there, they just did a remolding of the foyer. OK but not senior friendly. Manager -depending on the day can be friendly. I do not like that agency they have there, that man is very pushy. My friend has her own helper and does not want to change.

I visited The Clairmont and was in a couple different apartments. They were fine but a little dated. The lady that I met with was nice. They need to update the apartments. They were dark, the ceiling still had popcorn on them, the kitchens and the bathrooms looked old and dark.
