Enjoyable retirement living here at Waterview starts with our spacious accommodations. For our independent living residents, we have a number of floor plans available that include studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and even cottage-style homes! Many of these are equipped with full kitchens, walk-in closets, cozy fireplaces and more. For our assisted living and memory care residents, we offer a number of layouts with kitchenettes, individually-controlled thermostats, private baths and emergency call systems.

Throughout the week, our residents can take part in a number of social events and activities, which may include daily exercise programs, monthly social events with family and friends, trips and outings to local destinations and even spa days.

When not taking part in one of the many daily activities we provide, residents can find themselves relaxing in our club house, taking a dip in our private pool or enjoying their favorite book in our library.

To ensure that each day is one spent relaxing, the staff at Waterview provide each residence with routine housekeeping, linen services and home maintenance checks.

When a resident has a need for assistive services, our trained staff members are available around the clock to provide personalized care. These services may include medication management, help with dressing, personal hygiene assistance and other activities of daily living.

Our memory care residents are provided with attentive, around the clock monitoring and care in a safe setting within our secured memory care unit.
