I loved the Provident Crossings Retirement Resort. It was very nice, and while we were walking around, residents came and told us how happy they were, welcomed us, invited us to play bingo, and invited us to have lunch. They were such a friendly group. They didn't have as many choices of rooms, but they had lots of activities. They had everything from bingo, games, and movies. The place is casual, which I'd be more comfortable with. They have a cafeteria where you can pick out what you want. The cost is all-inclusive. They had a very nice movie theater and a full gymnasium. What I also liked was they had at least three activities that you could play in your chair, like volleyball and chair exercises. They had a coffee bar that was open all the time. The rooms were very adequate and had full kitchens. The lobby has a great fountain and a gorgeous koi pond. They had a nice patio. The staff was very nice.

We are living in Provident Crossings Retirement Resort. We have bean bag baseball, bingo, Wii bowling, bocce ball, a choir, and classes for line dancing. The food is good and very nutritious.

Called for some information and the Doctor answered the phone. Rude the whole time she was talking to me. I felt like I was bothering her with the questions I was asking her. Without not even knowing me, she treated me like if I was incompetent.

We visited Provident Crossing. The rooms were very nice. They have quite a few activities including tai-chi, and they have a theater. They offer three meals a day and they provide shuttle service to shopping and doctors. It's very impressive and it's very neat. The staff was very helpful and the manager showed me around.

I was very impressed. They have upscale apartment living. I was very surprised because it was not one large room. Instead, the bedroom was divided from the living room. They had activities posted. The dining area was more of a home setting instead of a cafeteria. They brought a menu around and let people pick out what they wanted to eat and served it to them. Those people were all volunteers who were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't anything I wasn't happy about.

I liked the appearance of Provident Crossing as well as the people I met. It's very neat, clean, and orderly. I enjoyed lunch there very much. It's also in an area where I do my shopping.

I liked it and it was very different from the other two communities I visited. It was more like cottages and had a more homey effect. I liked the layout and how it looked. You could park your car right in front of where you live. The person who accommodated me was personable and nice. She was a substitute but she was very good, very knowledgeable, and had been in the community for a while. They had a place where they went for activities in the afternoon, plus scrapbooking, theaters, and activities that the residents could participate in the evening. The room wasn't as large as others, but it was nice and had more of a cozy feeling.

I visited this community. They have shopping days for the residents, they go off to local restaurants for lunch, and there's also a Bridge club for and things like that. They also have a nice dining room, a theater, chapel, and exercise room; they have everything. The food was excellent and I met the chef when I went to the dining room. It was nice. They also have a couple of things to choose from. You're not just limited to one meal. The staff was nice and pleasant, but they're just not quite as open and friendly as the staff in the other community we visited.

We visited and I liked the atmosphere and the elegance of the place. You're pretty much on your own, they clean twice a week, and they have people come in and do the linens. They drive people to the doctor, and they showed us a 2-bedroom. They have all kinds of different games in the community area, and they were all friendly.
