I went to Madison Estates. It was nice, but the residents were of an older generation than the other place I went to. They're very friendly and helpful. The staff is great. It was a fairly good size and first class. I think they did have some transportation, and they did have meals. It felt homey.

I really liked Madison Estates. I liked that it was independent living and that's something that my friend is looking for. I like the apartment setup. I like the fact that she has the ability to come and go, and that gives her a sense that she is independent still. They had 2-bedroom apartments, which she doesn't need, but it was very interesting that they offered that. The staff was very nice. When I visited the property, I found out that I had a friend that's elderly too that lived there. They had the little patio area, some bigger than others. They had the facility setup for safety reasons because of Covid. It's a little different now, but they still have limited activities. They have a choice whether they can go and be a part of the activities or not. I really enjoyed the tour. They explained everything to me.

We went to Madison Estates and the food was really good. They had a small but nice selection of menus to choose from. We met with one resident while dining and I could tell that this person was very happy, settled, and enjoyed being there. We were invited to come back for happy hour. They also have games, bingo, and chess, there's a chapel and worship services, and transportation to the church of your choice in the area. They also offer trips to the doctors' office and to the grocery store. The rooms were nice. It was a very clean facility, very warm, and inviting. The residents that we met were pleased with their accommodations and with the activities.

I love it at Madison Estates. The residents and staff are very nice. The majority of the people are still vibrant and happy here. There are also a lot of activities. The food is very good, and we get three meals a day. They take us to appointments, clean my room, and change my bedding once a week. They're all approachable and the general manager is very personable. I have a very nice one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. We have karaoke twice a week, and we will soon have warm water aerobics. They're already finishing up the refurbishing of the pool. They always have live shows, like people who sing or play the piano. We have a big fireplace room where majority of the activities are done. Just the other day, we had a Mardi Gras celebration and they picked a king and queen. Soon we will be having a fashion show and I am part of it. We will be going to Salvation Army to get our accessories and costumes. The place is excellent and I recommend it very highly. They're the only ones to have a tub in the one-bedroom.

We toured Madison Estates. They have a very trained staff, they offer three meals a day for those that have rooms there. They also have buses that will take people to Walmart, and different places during the week if they need to go. They have a swimming pool. Other than that they seemed to have a spirit about them, so we've been pulled in that direction. The meal was very good, they have about three different choices that you can make for each meal, and the food was very tasty. The staff was very pleasant, willing to walk with us, show us what they had, and they were very informative.

Madison Estates was a nice place but a bit older. They had a nice place for my dog. I felt comfortable. All the people I talked to were nice. It would have been a pretty nice place to stay. The first time I visited, they didn't know I was coming so I had to wait for someone assigned to give me the tour to finish working.

Our visit to Madison Estates was informative. I was pleased with what was given to us. The apartments that we saw were clean, nice, and bright. Everything was pretty well taken care of. The only social activity we saw was a luncheon gathering. I was surprised that the average age was in the 80s, but they did not look that old. I liked what I saw, but I did not see everything.
