I liked the general setup of The Waterford. I liked their big dining room, and the fact that there was a place to exercise. It was nice, and the menus were good, however, it was far from my doctor and my church. There were things to do like card games, trips, and chances to go shopping. Of all the facilities I saw, that was the best tour I had.

I liked the layout of the apartments at Waterford. It's really nice, but I'd like to have washer and dryer connections. Also, it opens at the back of the patio onto a little sidewalk, and beyond the sidewalk is a big drop. I would be worried to take the dog, or the others there, because all of us have balance problems. The dining room was very nice, and everything else was wonderful. They have meals, transportation, and housekeeping. We had lunch, and it was good. They have groups that play cards.

The Waterford is great. My mom enjoys talking to all the people and has made friends. So far, our experience have been very positive. The rooms are bright, nice, well decorated, and well maintained. She has everything there that she would need. She likes the food, which is very good and wholesome. Our only complaint is the course is institutionalized, so they have the same things every month. The residents should get together and see if they could choose a special item once a month. They have rooms for heavy and light exercises. There's a library, a game room, and media room for when they show movies. They also have the cafeteria area for parties and special events where they have people come in and give them demonstrations and dances.

I liked Waterford very much. The facility was great with a good part of the financing going to the food and the meals. I was not particularly pleased with the fact that there was no variant there; I could not arrange for a discount based on the amount of meals that I ate.

The Waterford at Thousand Oaks is very affordable, nice, and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I saw both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom, and I would definitely give both of them five stars. They were a nice size compared to everything I've seen. I saw activities going on, and they had a lot of options for interested people. I saw the dining room, the workout room, the library, and the craft room.

We liked The Waterford at Thousand Oaks. The location is convenient for the area we need to be in and the tour went well. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice and everybody there was also really nice. We were really impressed, and the units that we looked at were nice. We weren't particularly looking for a place that serves 2 meals a day like them, so that was a little bit of a hang up for us. It was a pretty large dining area and it was very nice. The whole place was nice, it was top-notch. Everything was pretty convenient, but I wish there were more options on the meals.

The Waterford at Thousand Oaks was slightly above average, but wasn't as nice because it didn't have as many perks. They offer three meals a day and the food was good. The staff was nice. They didn't have a movie theater or any of the fancy things, but it was nice enough, and the price is better with all the things available. The reason we weren't particularly interested in it was because the rooms were smaller, but they were clean and neat.

We looked at Waterford a long time ago, but it was not acceptable because they didn't have kitchen facilities. It was OK and clean. I have friends who live there who are very satisfied. The staff was friendly.

We went to The Waterford at Thousand Oaks. it was conveniently located, the apartment that we were shown was a two-bedroom, it was very nice, they said that they had just put new flooring in, and it was on the main floor, which I think my friends were wanting to have. I did not feel like we really got a very adequate tour. We were not shown any other apartments, the gal that did the tour said, "These are the amenities, would you like to go see them?" not, "Here, let me show you what we have to offer." I thought it was pretty incomplete.
