Our spacious one bedroom and studio apartments only need a few personal furnishings to turn them into a home. Homelike touches of kitchenettes, in-suite climate control and private bathrooms are found in each apartment, and safety features include an emergency call system. We provide weekly housekeeping, which keeps everything neat and tidy.

Not only do our residents consider their apartment their home, but our entire community as well. The library and cards room are frequent gathering places, whether for bingo night or book club discussions. The outdoor garden area allows residents to indulge their green thumb, and walking paths encourage a stroll on nice afternoons.

Available Services

Dining with a view and fresh cuisine prepared from locally sourced ingredients is found in the welcoming community dining room. Our residents enjoy three meals served daily, and snacks are available throughout the day. Family and friends are welcome to join us for a meal, and there is also a private dining room for larger gatherings.

Encouraging independence is our goal at Mallard Landing. All residents receive an individual service plan, created in consultation with the resident, family members and the resident's physician, to ensure our professional service staff deliver the appropriate level of care and services. Services we provide include medication management, assistance with activities of daily living and diabetic management.
