Our pet-friendly apartments are available in both studio and one-bedroom floor plans with the option for private or companion occupancy. Homes feature in-suite climate controls, kitchenettes, wall-to-wall carpeting and an emergency call system in both bathroom and bedroom.

To ensure that our residents receive the care they need when they need it, Louisa Place has staff on site 24 hours a day. A registered nurse is also on-call around-the-clock for added peace of mind. Our caregiving staff provide individual assistance with life's daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and managing medications.

Weekly housekeeping, laundry service, activity planning, maintenance and utilities are all included in the monthly rental fee to make life easier for our residents. We also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant-style dining room. Meals are prepared fresh daily in accordance with our dietitian-supervised menu.
