I visited this facility

It was nice. They're very friendly. They had community activities and meals three times a day, which we were interested in. They had an activity room. The building was very nice and updated. Everyone wore masks, and it seemed like a safe environment.

Excellent. I would recommend to friends and family and have no plans of moving. I'm very happy here. I don't participate in activities, but I know other people they do and I'm glad they have them.

I've been at The Sequoia for a little while now. I'm a diabetic so I have to have injections, and the nurses are very good. They come on time, so I don't have to wait around for them in the morning. The food here is good, which is very important to me. It's clean. I have a nice room. I'm happy here, but I wish there was more intellectual stimulation here.

I had a good visit. I had lunch there; it was fine. The staff members were very good and very nice. They showed me a studio type apartment. They have some sort of women's baseball team. They serve three meals a day.

I visited the Sequoia Assisted Living Community, and I liked it. The staff member was knowledgeable, very helpful, and she gave information to my daughter to follow up on the VA to see how much I could get. The rooms could be a little bigger. They have two dining rooms, and they have a kitchen-type area in the big dining room where you can make cookies. I liked the overall appearance, and they have a patio.

I went to the Firs yesterday. It was nice, but it was independent living. The alcove studio apartment was nice, and it was one of the better ones I've seen. It costs more for assisted living, and I would have to get caregivers, which was a turn-off. They have good activities, like a bus to take you shopping, Bingo, church services, and movie nights. They have a salad bar, and we had brunch there. They have a community fee when you first move in, and they raise the rent every year.

I've lived in The Firs for 3 years. I'm extremely satisfied with the environment here. The residents, the management and especially the staff personnel. I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to a Senior. The Firs provides bus service for all Doctor visits, shopping 3 times a week, and special arranged activities. It is the place for Independent Living for Seniors.

The staff was very nice. They have everything. They have a regular dining room and there's an exercise room. The facility was very clean. I saw empty and furnished apartments and they were nice. It would be a good place to live.

I visited this facility

It is very nice and very clean. You could see the people were very happy and busy. There are lots of thing going on like playing cards and games. It is very social. That part was lovely too. The dining room is lovely. The rooms are very nice. We met the director that took us on a tour; he was very nice. We like him very much. We really liked it, but we did not like the location. It just didn't have the feeling that we got at the other community. We weren't there very long, however, there were a lot of things that didn't suit what we were looking for. It was not an open, airy kind of community.
