These homes have kitchens with granite counters, all appliances including washer and dryer, lots of storage space, a living room with fireplace and surrounding bookshelves, and a private one-car garage. Rent includes all utilities (except telephone) weekly housekeeping, transportation, Wi-Fi service and a monthly calendar of social opportunities.
