Located in the sleepy town of Woodinville on the outskirts of Bellevue, The Creekside is a premier retirement living community. For the many seniors who are as active and healthy as ever but wish to enjoy retirement without the hassles of household maintenance and tedious chores, the Creekside is the perfect choice.
The Creekside is part of MBK Senior Living, a company dedicated to exceeding expectations for the amenities and services we provide. This means we strive to enhance our residents' lives, enabling them to enjoy senior living as much as possible.
Featured Amenities
Our private apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry machines and resident call systems for added convenience. TV and Internet access are included in the monthly rent; only a telephone connection requires an additional fee. Pets are also welcome.
Our Anytime Dining program allows residents to eat when they want to, just like at their own home. We are happy to serve additional meals if residents wish to bring family or friends as guests. We also have a private dining room should a resident wish to host a party or family gathering.
Available Services
Keeping up with our residents' independent lifestyle, our full-time Activity Director designs regularly planned activities and outings. Known for its beautiful scenery, winery and good dining, Woodinville is the perfect city for our residents to enjoy active but relaxing lives.
The Creekside employs a nursing staff to help residents manage their physical and mental health during business hours. In addition, staff is available 24 hours a day to cater to and meet the various needs of our residents.

My friend liked The Creekside. They were under heavy remodeling, but the place was a lot smaller than others. If you want a small and casual place or if you want less amenities with not as many people, Creekside would be good. They really don't have many courtyards. The workers were great. The staff was really pleasant, very helpful, and very kind. I couldn't say enough about them. They were great there. It's definitely the best. The apartment we looked at was perfect because it was all set up and nice, but the rest of the facility was under remodel, so you really couldn't tell. Everything was kind of torn up including the carpet, and they were in the midst of painting and retiling. Amy, the one who showed us around, was really good. I liked her a lot. The apartments were more spacious than some other places. We looked at three different units with huge walk-in closets and higher ceilings, which were really nice. They had all been remodeled and looked great.
