Try the daily exercise class, or Sitting Fit Chair Yoga, a game of balloon volleyball or toss some horseshoes to improve balance. The Walking Club gets everyone moving and doubles as a social club. Build strength and endurance with Wi bowling while you play for a league trophy. Try Zumba Gold or Tai Chi and get your blood pressure checked at a scheduled wellness clinic. During the summer, visit the West Allis Farmer's Market for fresh fruit and vegetables. And enjoy healthy and tasty dining daily, with choices at every meal, prepared onsite by highly trained chefs.
