But that's just the beginning. Our warm, cozy apartment homes feature private balconies, many safety features and plenty more. Included in the rent are all utilities (except for cable and telephone).

Of course, you may not want to spend much time in your home with everything else there is to do at our community. With private, landscaped courtyards and an outdoor fireplace, you can always enjoy the Bay Area's natural beauty. We also have inviting common areas, such as a home theater, fitness center and game room, that bring residents together and play host to daily activities.

Available Services

Residents also love coming together over a good meal, and we certainly offer that at The Point at Rockridge. Our award-winning Dining by Design program features excellent food served in a dining room that is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no reservations needed. Your rent includes three meals a day, along with weekly housekeeping and linen service, and transportation.

And no matter what level of care is needed, you'll find it here. Our staff members are available 24 hours a day to provide any needed help to those in assisted living. And for seniors living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, our Generations Memory Care is specially designed to provide activities that promote fun and familiarity in a fully secured memory section which has private and companion accommodations. We also offer a Transitions Program, with private accommodations, for our residents who are experiencing early memory loss.
