Staff generally are competent and the building pleasant. However if you take the tour, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Few activities, no medical transport, nor salon services. Management misrepresents what it actually offers on a regular basis to residents. The meals in particular are a fraud --- terrible cook. There is a disturbing, condescending attitude from mangement who are eager to cllect their monthly fee but slow to address issues.

My mom just moved to All Seasons in Naples. I can say that it is a gorgeous place, and I think they're trying to do good things despite the COVID pandemic. I think the food is good too. However, their callback and response time is shamefully slow, and that is a huge concern to us. They have gotten back to me and talked to me about it, but that is one of the things that I was hoping the most for. My mom needs somebody to take her to the bathroom to do things that can't wait. That's a big concern that we are working on with them. The staff is good, the maintenance is great, but that is the concern right now; I hope they improve on that. She is in assisted living and on level four out of the five levels they have, so she needs a lot of assistance. I'm hopeful that it will change. I think the food is excellent, I think they really try hard on that. They currently have to deliver the meals up to their rooms, so I think it's a lot more different when they're serving it in the dining room since they can do things in shifts with it. It's harder when you have to pack up all the meals and deliver them upstairs to everybody. I think the price is comparable, and not excessive compared to other places. I certainly don't think it's cheap, but it's not excessive. I think the staff is great, they just don't have enough of them, and that's the problem. With the activities, I would say that right now they're doing their best given the fact that people can't do much because of COVID. Like they have people doing music in the hall. I think they care enough to do that.

My parents are currently in Terracina Grand. The place is all excellent but my dad needs skilled care and they have exhausted all they can do at assisted living. Their apartment is nice and the overall staff is excellent, although the CNAs are just okay. The food is excellent and the dining area is spacious, clean and formal. It's like being on a cruise ship. Some of the activities are happy hour, bingo, movies, there's exercise daily, art class, Rootbeer Sunday, and so on. I rate them very highly for independent living but for assisted living my rating drops because they don't have caring people to do the assistance. They're always rushing in to push the button and turn your light off then ask what you want so they can leave. They're not really there to assist you, so we had to hire private help. Most of the staff members are good, they just don't staff enough people.

Beach House was a newer building, and it's very nice. Everybody was very friendly, and I was accommodated very well. I had a very good feeling about the place. There was no odor or anything like that. Everything was good. Landscape was nice.

Brookdale North Naples is dated and the rooms are small, but they're undergoing some renovations. The staff that I met there were very nice, I looked at both independent living and assisted living. Their activities are similar to most communities, they have outings and they have a pool.
