We chose Atria Summit Ridge because it is close to family. The place is very airy, clean, and there's a good vibe to the place. The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. My parents got a studio for 2 people; it's very clean and new-looking. There's outside gardening, movie theater, games, and activities, salon and they had a courtyard. I've only had meetings with one person but she was very good.

My dad has been staying at Atria Summit Ridge for a couple of months now. It's very nice, and the food is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We have absolutely no complaints. They have numerous activities like bingo, shopping, musicians in, games, shuffleboards and they have an individual who organizes the activities. The apartments look like your average big-ish hotel room, but my dad has a studio. They had one-bedroom units with a bedroom off of a living room. We're also perfectly happy with the value my dad is getting.

Atria Summit Ridge was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of, but the price was ridiculous for people trying to retire. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Atria Summit Ridge's staff was very friendly and helpful. The people staying there were very happy. The studio rooms were clean and neat, and it seemed like the furniture was nice, so it would be a good place to stay. They had lots of activities.

Atria was really nice, but it was almost twice the cost of other places. The people were really friendly. Several of the residents came to me and said it was an excellent place in Reno. The rooms were very nice, too. They had a library, common rooms, a smaller dining area, and a chapel.

Atria Summit Ridge was very beautiful. They had a wonderful situation whereas if you needed to access services to the VA, they would do in-house for you. It was updated and very lovely. They had activities like a private gardening, which I thought was kind of noble. They had exercise room, and they had a big piano too. It had a very spacious dining area. We liked that they had a memory picture wall of the residents that showed them as young people and where they were today. You could see lots of them in uniform, which was very cool.

My friend was at Atria Summit Ridge. Their housekeeping and pill management were a little lackadaisical. He had an incident where he ended up in the hospital and when he got out of the hospital, Atria said that he would need extra medical care, so they charged him an extra $300 to $900. According to my friend, they didn't let him know that they were charging him more. He got upset and just left the facility. His apartment wasn't kept as clean as where he is currently. They had people who would play music, and they had movies. They did a great job with the activities. He was in independent living with medicine management. They didn't have an exercise room or an exercise area. All they had available was for the residents to walk around the hallways.

I liked Atria Summit Ridge, but the room was just a studio apartment. Nevertheless, I got a very good impression of the place. Some very nice people showed me around. It was very clean and organized. The staff members were very polite and nice. I just didn't like the studio apartment with the bed and the living room all in one room.

Atria Summit Ridge was nice. The rooms were very clean, neat, and nice. However, they could be a little bit roomier. The staff looked very concerned about the people there. They were very cordial, open, and outgoing. They gave us a pound cake just for coming in. It made you feel more comfortable and more at ease. I had a chance to see the dining area and small sunporch where residents could go out among plants.

Atria Summit Ridge was very nice and attractive. The rooms were well-appointed and had lighting and individual control keys. They had a lovely dining room and rotating menu. The only thing I didn't like was the assigned seating. There wasn't much outdoor space, but it was well done. There was a lot of interaction, and everybody was friendly.

Atria Summit Ridge was very welcoming. The director that gave me the tour was very helpful and polite, and her staff was good as well. When we were walking around she greeted them and they greeted her. They interacted well and seemed happy to see each other. I saw some residents playing Scrabble with the event coordinator in one of the open rooms. The dining area was nice, you could eat whenever you want just like a restaurant, and the residents can go in and sit and order whatever they want. The place was nice and clean, but not very up-to-date décor wise.

We visited Atria Summit Ridge and had lunch there. It didn't get a good feeling like I did with other places. The staff was nice but didn't seem as friendly, and I didn't feel as comfortable. They had different things going on. I talked to some of the workers who were wonderful. They had food available all the time, and you could help yourself to sweets, fruits, and more.
