The Crossings at Ironbridge seemed very nice. The dining area was clean, good, and had no odors. The people looked comfortable and happy. They also have a rehab room and a nice garden.

So far, The Crossings at Ironbridge has been really nice. They are helpful and nice. My husband is in the memory care unit and they're doing a really good job. My husband's room has a bed, TV, dresser, and a chest of drawers, and it's clean. The food is excellent and the dining room is very nice. The cooks and the people are very helpful and just right there when you need them. The facility is very nice and clean, and my husband gets his money's worth. I don't have any problems so far and everything's been great.

Elderlife Financial Bridge Loans
Seniors in Chester who are seeking short-term assistance paying for assisted living may be interested in an Elderlife Financial Bridge Loan. These loans have terms of up to 12 months and can be used to pay for assisted living costs, such as room, board and move-in fees.
Due to the loan’s short-term nature, applicants should have a long-term financial plan in place before applying. According to Elderlife, the application process can take as little as 20 minutes. To determine an applicant’s eligibility, Elderlife examines income and asset information as well as credit scores. Those with a low credit score may still qualify if they apply with co-applicants, which Elderlife allows.
The interest rate for these loans is currently prime plus 4.74%, and recipients can request that varying amounts be sent to a health care facility of their choice as needed. To apply for a bridge loan, Chester seniors should call (888) 228-4500 or complete an online application.
